- Mon–Fri: order by 3pm for same-day delivery (aim).
- After 3pm Mon–Fri: we may still deliver same day, but it’s not guaranteed — it can be the next working day.
- Saturday: same-day delivery is possible but not guaranteed.
- Orders after 3pm Saturday: delivered Monday.
- Sunday: no deliveries.
Outside Dubai
- Delivery is typically the next working day.
- No Sunday deliveries.

You’ll receive a WhatsApp message with tracking. You can also message the courier with instructions like:
